Andrea Moda C4B : ウィキペディア英語版 | Coloni C4B
The Coloni C4B, also known as the Andrea Moda C4B, was the first Formula One car of the Italian team Andrea Moda Formula and took part in the 1992 Formula One World Championship. The car was driven by Italian Alex Caffi, formerly of the Footwork Arrows team, and his compatriot Enrico Bertaggia, a driver in the Japanese Formula 3000 championship who previously appeared in Formula 1 in 1989 with the Italian team Coloni. Designed by students at the University of Perugia under the guidance of the British engineer Paul Burgess, the Coloni C4B was an evolution of the Coloni C4 built by the Franco-Belgian engineer Christian Vanderpleyn, the slowest car of the season 1991. This was a transitional car, pending the development of the Andrea Moda S921, originally scheduled for the 1992 Spanish Grand Prix.〔 The Coloni C4B made its only appearance at the inaugural round of the world championship in South Africa, at which Andrea Moda Formula was excluded for not having paid the registration fee for the championship and for not having entered a unique car. The C4B was replaced by the S921 at the next Grand Prix, Mexico. == Background and development ==
